Medix is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to manage a high-volume onsite caseload, guiding members through the medication access process and resolving barriers.
You will work with pharmacies, providers, and healthcare partners, educate members on benefits and financial assistance, handle prior authorizations, and maintain HIPAA-compliant case documentation. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–7:00 PM; fully onsite call center environment.
