Assistant Amusement Manager – The Colony, Texas
OverviewAndretti Indoor Karting & Games is a Family Entertainment Center that delivers exhilarating indoor karting, immersive virtual reality simulators, arcade fun, and event spaces. The Assistant Amusement Manager leads day‑to‑day operations of the Arcade, Attractions, and Prize Redemption areas, ensuring high‑quality guest service, safety, cost control, and team development.
Responsibilities- Lead the amusements team with integrity and purpose.
- Empower staff to deliver legendary service aligned with Andretti’s motto “Striving for Perfection;
Achieving Excellence”. - Oversee standards and practices of AIKG Amusements and maintain operational procedures.
- Co‑manage product ordering, inventory control, repair inquiries, game floor moves, and redemption operations.
- Coach arcade team members on safe, proper attraction operations and guest experience standards.
- Participate in weekly meetings with AIKG Directors & Store Leadership reviewing amusement topics.
- Review weekly reporting and coordinate necessary actions.
- Manage amusements operations when the Senior Amusement Manager is absent.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or infrastructural issues and communicate through proper support channels.

- Mobility throughout the entire location.
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs regularly.
- Perform duties requiring frequent bending, reaching, turning, lifting, and occasional stocking up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in an environment with bright, dim, or flashing lights and varying volume.
- Manual dexterity to operate necessary equipment.
- Understand, coach, and follow safety standards at all times.
