Supervisor Case Management RN at Medical City Dallas, part of HCA Healthcare. Full‑time day shift (8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday–Friday, occasional weekend).
Job SummaryProvide leadership for social work and case management staff. Serve as the main resource for Case Managers, supervise, guide, and ensure quality and integrity of care delivered while aligning the team to comply with TJC and CMS regulations. Work as a Case Manager on the floor, complete administrative duties, and assist with complex cases as needed.
Responsibilities- Lead and supervise case management and social work teams.
- Ensure quality and integrity of care delivered.
- Align staff to comply with TJC and CMS regulations.
- Assist with complex cases when required.
- Complete necessary administrative duties.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license, eligible to practice in Texas.
- Associate Degree in Nursing required;
Bachelor’s Degree preferred. - 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in an acute‑care setting.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Comprehensive medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, behavioral health, and telemedicine coverage.
