Job SummaryHost/Hostess – The Host/Hostess welcomes guests, seats them, informs them of specials, and ensures a pleasant dining experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and committed to providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities- Welcome guests with a smile and inform them of the wait time
- Seat guests at their tables, taking into consideration server availability and guest needs
- Provide guests with menus and inform them of any available specials
- Accept payment for meals and operate the cash register
- Previous experience as a host/hostess, server, or busser is preferred
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and carrying trays
- Familiarity with food safety guidelines
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Compensation: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
