Bartender – Hawaiian Waters, The Colony

Bartenders provide exceptional guest service while efficiently preparing and serving high-quality alcoholic beverages. Responsibilities include taking orders, maintaining cleanliness, ensuring accuracy, and upholding safety and health standards.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages responsibly and efficiently.
• Take orders from bar guests and cabana servers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar area.
• Provide guests with information about drink selections and park policies.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including TABC and food handling requirements.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Strong multitasking and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must obtain TABC Certification and Food Handler’s Permit before starting.*
• If you do not have a Hawaiian Waters approved and current Food Handler's Permit and/or TABC Certification, you will be required to obtain one ($7 through a short online class) before being permitted to work*

• Ability to walk or stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs.
• Exposure to direct sunlight, hot temperatures, and rain.
