Exciting opportunity to join a new clinic located in The Dalles Oregon!

The Dalles offers a great mix of small-town charm and outdoor adventure, with easy access to hiking, windsurfing, and the Columbia River Gorge right in your backyard. It’s an affordable, close-knit community with beautiful scenery, a growing food and wine scene, and just over an hour’s drive to Portland.

✔️ 4-day workweek | No nights or weekends

✔️ Guaranteed salary + earning potential $300K+

✔️ Functional Medicine training & mentorship (no prior FM experience required)

• Active Oregon medical license (MD or DO) or eligibility to obtain
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Strong interest in preventive, Functional, and lifestyle medicine
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Experience with EHR systems (Next Gen a plus)
