Aequor Staffing is seeking a qualified and dedicated educator to provide specialized instruction to high school students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in The Dalles, Oregon. This role focuses on supporting academic success, maintaining compliance with educational standards, and fostering inclusive learning environments.

• Deliver targeted instruction aligned with students’ IEP goals and academic needs.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with support staff, families, and other educators to ensure student success.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal special education regulations.
• Create a positive and structured classroom environment that promotes learning and growth.

• Valid Oregon Teaching License.
• Endorsements from the Oregon Teacher Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC).
• Certification may be in Special Education or General Education.
• Strong understanding of instructional strategies for diverse learners.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
