• Shuttling Customers In Shuttle Van
• Pick Up And Delivery Of Customer Vehicles
• Drive vehicles from the service drive to the proper area in the service parking lot
• Inspect for any vehicle damage that is present when the vehicles come in for service. Record any noted damage on the repair order or customer history file
• Install floor mats, and mirror hanger locator tags in all the vehicles as they come in for service
• Deliver the keys and repair order hard copies to the appropriate group leader's work station immediately after parking a vehicle in the service parking lot
• Maintain the parking lot / service drive in a neat and organized manner
• Answering Phones
• Cashiering
• Filing
• Data Entry
• Insurance
• Payments
• Account collections

• Education Required:
  
  High School Diploma or Equivalent, College Degree Beneficial.
• Experience
  
  Required:
  
  1 to 2 years in an Office Setting Preferred.
• Multi line phone skills
• Strong Multi-tasking
• Preferably Bi-Lingual
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Possess good computer skills
• Team player attitude
• Customer service oriented
• Excellent follow through skills.
• General Accounting Knowledge
