We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Resident Care Manager (RCM) to join our team at The Dalles Oregon Veterans Home. As an RCM, you will play a vital leadership role in coordinating high‑quality care for our honored veterans and their families. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide person‑centered care in a scenic, mission‑driven, and team‑oriented environment.

• Deliver compassionate and individualized care in alignment with each resident’s care plan
• Oversee daily clinical operations and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Provide support with activities of daily living (ADLs), memory care, and complex nursing needs
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation including MDS assessments
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical best practices
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to track resident progress
• Support a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment for residents and staff

• Experience with MDS assessments and skilled nursing care
• Knowledge of Alzheimer’s and dementia‑related care practices
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a long‑term care setting
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with care teams and families
• Passion for serving the veteran community
• Ability to lead with empathy, integrity, and clinical expertise
• Flexible and reliable with excellent organizational skills
