Critical Incident Responder, Licensed Mental Health Professional - OR

R3 Continuum is searching for diverse and compassionate behavioral health professionals to provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees recently affected by a disruptive workplace event in The Dalles and surrounding areas in Oregon.

• Provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees impacted by disruptive workplace events.
• Utilize R3C's mobile app for simple electronic reporting.

• Comprehensive crisis response training.
• Flexible schedule, work on a case-by-case basis.
• Personalized support.
• Supplemental income.

• Independently licensed in Oregon (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, NP‑PP or Psychologist).
• Minimum of a master’s degree in mental health.
• Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000.
• Willing to complete R3C’s DEM crisis response training or proof of approved CIR training; training is provided at no cost if not currently held.

$100 – $125 per hour.
