The Dalles Health and Rehabilitation Center. Full-time day and NOC shifts are available. Weekend availability is required. (Additional $3.00 NOC Shift LPN differential).

The Dalles Health and Rehabilitation Center is looking for a dedicated LPN to oversee nursing care for our residents. This role involves supervising other staff members, adhering to care plans, and performing general nursing duties.

• Supervise nursing care for residents.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team.

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school.
• Current LPN licensure in the state of employment.
• Proven knowledge of nursing processes, especially in geriatric care, long‑term care, and rehabilitation.
