Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site role located in The Dalles, OR for a Nurse Practitioner. The Nurse Practitioner will work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality vascular care after an initial training period with Bend, Oregon. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, performing diagnostic evaluations, monitoring patient progress, wound care, and providing patient education on vascular health and treatment options.
The role also involves coordinating care with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment for patients.
Qualifications- Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Experience in interpreting diagnostic tests and recommending appropriate interventions
- Proficiency in patient education and ability to effectively communicate complex medical information
- Capability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Oregon, with experience or certification in vascular health or a related specialty preferred
- Strong organizational, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities
- Commitment to patient‑centered care and improving health outcomes
- Prior experience in vascular care, wound care or surgery is a plus
