Base pay range: $48.00/hr – $55.00/hr compensation is DOE and includes student loan reimbursement.

Location: The Dalles Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Working Hours: Full-time; day and NOC shifts available. Weekend availability is required, with a $3.00 NOC shift differential.

Role Overview: The Dalles Health and Rehabilitation Center is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee nursing care for our residents. This role involves supervising other staff members, adhering to care plans, and performing general nursing duties.

• Supervise nursing care for residents.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team.

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school.
• Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
• Proven knowledge of nursing processes, especially in geriatric care, long‑term care, and rehabilitation.
