American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Medical ICU position requiring ACLS and a minimum of three years of specialty experience.

• Medical ICU unit within a hospital setting
• Variable 12-hour shifts from 07:00 AM-07:00 PM

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice required
• BLS and ACLS certification from an approved vendor required (AHA or ARC)
• Minimum of three years of recent ICU experience required, with experience within the last three months in the specialty
• BSN preferred
• Acute care facility experience preferred
• No prior adverse licensure actions permitted

• Deliver coordinated nursing care using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Supervise and direct nursing staff while coordinating care with other disciplines
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to maintain a safe and healing environment
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
• Position is represented by ONA
• Accepts local candidates with no radius rule and local rates matching travel rates
• Candidates with more than 5 days of requested RTO will be automatically declined
