We’re seeking a Server to provide exceptional dining experiences for our residents. In this role, you’ll ensure high-quality service during meals, maintain a clean and safe dining environment, and support a team that creates a pleasant and engaging atmosphere. You’ll interact directly with residents, families, and coworkers, helping to foster a welcoming and positive community.

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure residents’ dining preferences and dietary needs are met.
• Circulate in the dining room to assess satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, linens, and equipment.
• Follow safe work practices and support team compliance with Safety Committee standards.
• Assist coworkers beyond assigned duties to ensure smooth service and a positive team environment.
• Report any elder maltreatment or abuse in accordance with policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service preferred.
• Current Serv Safe Certification required.
• Ability to obtain/hold any local, state, or county food handling/sanitation licenses as required.
• Must be 18 years or older, pass health screenings, TB clearance, fingerprinting, and background checks.
• First Aid certification required.
• Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Pleasant, professional, and personable demeanor.
• Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and remain calm under pressure.
