Barista

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team at Caesera within the Rayland Hotel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. This role will provide dynamic service to both guests of the hotel and the Dalles community.

• Base pay: $16.00/hr - $17.00/hr (based on skills and experience)

• Prepare and serve coffee, specialty coffee beverages, and other beverages to customers.
• Ensure quality and consistency in every drink served.
• Prepare and serve food to customers following the instructions provided.
• Take customer orders and handle transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns in a professional manner.
• Manage inventory for Basecamp.

• Prior experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to stand for 6-8 hours per day, bend, stoop, crouch.
• Experience handling cleaning chemicals.
• Tip eligible.
