The primary purpose of this role is to maintain customer service as per company standards, generate sales, and support store operations including housekeeping, merchandising, pricing, POS, freight processing, and loss prevention.

• Greet and acknowledge every customer, answer questions, and help locate products.
• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Maintain constant radio communication with all associates.
• Keep comprehensive knowledge of all products sold by Coastal Farm and stay updated on promotions.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, replacing trash bags, and sweeping floors.
• Help in other departments when needed and execute other duties as assigned.

• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing work environments and shift priorities accordingly.
• Familiarity with computer systems and email.
• Preferably familiar with standard retail concepts and practices.
• Strong attention to detail.
