Northern Stations Agent at Airline

In this role, you will report directly to the Northern Stations Manager, handling a variety of tasks essential to station operations. Responsibilities include facilitating aircraft loading and unloading, ensuring passenger safety during boarding, and performing check-in duties.

Your role also involves effective communication with Flight Crew and assisting with cargo operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain safety and security at the ramp

• Assist passengers during check-in and boarding

• Marshall aircraft for arrivals and departures

• Fuel aircraft and manage cargo shipments

• Communicate effectively with Flight Crew personnel

Requirements:

• Customer service experience is essential

• Basic mathematics understanding

• Indigenous and Cultural Awareness Training is an asset

• Physically able to handle lifting up to 50lbs

• Adept at working various shifts outdoors and indoors
