Shape HR policies and practices as a Human Resources Team Lead. Focus on training coordination, Collective Agreements, and HRIS management to enhance organizational effectiveness.
As the Human Resources Team Lead, you will be essential in developing and executing departmental goals. Your responsibilities will include coordinating training, analyzing HR trends, and providing counsel on Collective Agreements. Collaborate with managers and union partners to foster a positive labor relations environment while ensuring compliance with all legislative standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute human resources departmental plans
• Coordinate and deliver training sessions for employees
• Analyze trends and provide recommendations to HR leadership
• Support negotiations of Collective Agreements with union leadership
• Oversee the Human Resources Information System implementation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or 3-5 years HR experience
• Chartered Professional in Human Resources designation is an asset
• Experienced in payroll and benefits administration
• Strong leadership, communication, and facilitation skills
• High adaptability in managing various workplace demands
