As an Associate Representative - Customer Service, you will respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person, providing exceptional service and resolving routine questions and issues. You will process orders, returns, invoices, and credits while helping customers identify products and solutions that meet their needs. In addition, you will support warehouse operations through receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

The successful candidate will work closely with customers and internal teams while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers with orders, product inquiries, pricing, returns, and issue resolution.

Process customer orders, invoices, credits, and returns accurately and efficiently.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions.

Receive, inspect, and put away inbound inventory while maintaining accurate records and warehouse organization.

Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Load and unload shipments safely and assist with inventory movement throughout the warehouse.

Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in accordance with safety standards and training requirements.

Support inventory control activities, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, wire cutting/spooling, and material returns.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.

Collaborate with sales, customer service, and warehouse teams to ensure efficient operations and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

High School Degree or Equivalent required;
Associate degree (U.S.)/College Diploma (Canada) preferred
