Lake Centre for Rehab is looking for a Speech Therapist to join our team in The Villages, Florida. The role starts as a part‑time opportunity of up to 30 hours per week, with the option to increase to 40 hours as you build your caseload. You will work in a supportive environment that encourages work‑life balance while you transition into a full‑time role.

• Conduct thorough evaluations for patients with diverse communication, swallowing, and cognitive needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals
• Implement evidence‑based therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
• Mentor students and clinical fellows (for experienced SLPs)
• Contribute to practice growth through excellent patient outcomes and community connections

• Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
• Current state licensure or eligibility
• CCC‑SLP certification or CFY status (Clinical Fellowship Year candidates welcome!)
• Passion for patient‑centered care
• Collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills
• Enthusiasm for building relationships in the community
