Lake Centre for Rehab is looking for a Speech Therapist to join our team in The Villages, Florida. The role starts as a part‑time opportunity of up to 30 hours per week, with the option to increase to 40 hours as you build your caseload. You will work in a supportive environment that encourages work‑life balance while you transition into a full‑time role.

Responsibilities- Conduct thorough evaluations for patients with diverse communication, swallowing, and cognitive needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals
- Implement evidence‑based therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Mentor students and clinical fellows (for experienced SLPs)
- Contribute to practice growth through excellent patient outcomes and community connections
- Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
- Current state licensure or eligibility
- CCC‑SLP certification or CFY status (Clinical Fellowship Year candidates welcome!)
- Passion for patient‑centered care
- Collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills
- Enthusiasm for building relationships in the community
