UF Health Spanish Plaines Hospital, formerly known as The Villages Regional Hospital and acquired by University of Florida Health in January 2020, has been serving residents of The Villages as well as patients in Lake, Sumter and Marion counties since 2002. The Registered Pharmacy Technician works hand‑in‑hand with and under the supervision of the Pharmacist to fill medication orders and deliver them to appropriate storage areas.

Education:

• High School Diploma/GED

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• Required:
  
  Valid State Registered Pharmacy Technician license OR Valid State Pharmacy Intern license
• Preferred:
  Pharmacy Technician Certification

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
