As a Multi-Unit Team Leader, you will oversee three H&R Block offices, providing leadership and managing teams to drive seasonal tax business growth. This role involves managing staff, developing growth plans, recruiting, coaching, and ensuring excellent client service. Prior tax experience is not required.

You will start part-time in the fall, transitioning to full-time from January to April, with evening and weekend hours as needed. This position requires in-person work at multiple locations, with travel between offices.

Ideal candidates have management experience in retail, restaurant, banking, or related industries, and possess strong decision-making, interpersonal, and communication skills. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, along with successful completion of tax knowledge assessments or courses.
