The Villages Community Development Districts is seeking an experienced Golf Manager to work in coordination with our Regional Head Golf Professional to manage golf operations and deliver world-class service. As Golf Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations that make great golf experiences possible, from managing the reservation system and monitoring play to developing tournament programs and supervising practice facilities. You'll lead your team through recruitment, training, and day‑to‑day operations while enforcing course rules, tracking revenues, and maintaining close relationships with superintendents and other golf professionals. Your independent judgment and initiative will be essential in managing the technical and professional details of the operation.

You bring an Associate degree with 2+ years of related golf experience (or equivalent combination) and possess working knowledge of golf rules, etiquette, and management practices. You're an excellent communicator who can present effectively to groups, write reports, and manage multiple priorities. You're proficient with Microsoft Office, comfortable with budgets and financial analysis, and most importantly, you're a team leader who fosters collaboration while maintaining high operational standards.
