Under the direction of the director, the RN Charge Nurse utilizes the nursing process, facilitates patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis, formulates care plans based on the diagnosis and implements and evaluates the plan of care.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Florida Registered Nurse License
• BLS
• ACLS
• NIH Stroke Scale
• Leadership Skills
• Should attend hospital training programs including:
  New Manager/Supervisor orientation and Leadership Development courses - Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
