UF Health Spanish Plaines Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) on a weekend PRN schedule. • Provide direct patient care to individuals recovering from anesthesia and surgical procedures.

• Continuously monitor patient status, assess vital signs, and respond quickly to changes in condition.

• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff to ensure seamless patient care.

• Deliver patient and family education regarding post-operative recovery.

• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with hospital safety and infection control standards.

• Active Florida RN or multistate/compact license required.

• BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in PACU, ICU, or Emergency Nursing preferred.

• Strong assessment, clinical, and critical-thinking skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
