ResponsibilitiesUnder the direction of the director, the RN Charge Nurse utilizes the nursing process, facilitates patient care by making nursing assessments and diagnoses, formulates care plans based on the diagnosis, and implements and evaluates the plan of care.
QualificationsEducation
- Diploma/Associate’s Degree in Nursing
Licensure / Certification / Registration
- Florida Registered Nurse License
- BLS
- ACLS
Special Skills / Additional Training / Experience
- Leadership Skills
- Completion of hospital training programs including New Manager/Supervisor orientation and Leadership Development courses
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
