Registered Nurse RN – Spanish Plains Hospital Emergency Department

13 Week Assignment | FT Days

Under the direction of the director/charge nurse, the RN utilizes the nursing process, facilitates patient care, makes nursing assessments and diagnosis, formulates care plans based on the diagnosis and implements and evaluates the plan of care.

Education:

Diploma/Associate’s Degree in nursing or higher.

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• Florida Registered Nurse License
• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS
• NIH Stroke Scale

Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/

Experience:

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
• Must have either 2 years of experience in the ED, or 1 year in ED and 1 in another acute care department
