Position: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist – 1099 Contractor

Overview

We are seeking experienced and reliable Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join our network of Ambulatory Surgery Centers in The Villages, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for CRNAs looking to work regular daytime hours in a no-call, no-weekend, no-holiday setting. You will be fully supported by a collaborative clinical and non-clinical team and work under the direction of the operating surgeon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide anesthesia care for a range of outpatient procedures in a modern ASC setting
  • Interpret and respond appropriately to patient-specific needs based on age, medical history, and surgical procedures
  • Administer regional and general anesthesia safely and efficiently
  • Monitor patient vitals and anesthesia effects throughout surgical procedures
  • Collaborate with surgeons, RNs, and other team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility requirements
Case Types May Include

Orthopedics, Spine, Pain Management, Podiatry, Cardiac (Pacemakers)

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program
  • Current Florida APRN License and National Certification as a CRNA
  • BLS and ACLS certification (active and up-to-date)
  • Prior ASC or outpatient experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing care team
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient-focused care skills
