Job Description

Assisted Living – All Shifts, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position at Freedom Pointe at the Villages.

Base hourly rate starts at $26.00/hr
, plus shift differential: $3.00/hr for 3:00–11:00 pm shift, $4.00/hr for 11:00 pm–7:00 am shift, and $5.00/hr for weekend shifts.
Actual salary may vary based on skills and experience.

We are looking for energetic individuals who enjoy working in a fast‑paced, team‑focused environment. As a nurse at Freedom Pointe at the Villages, you are held to a high standard: providing extraordinary care and holding each other accountable.

• Administer medication and treatments to residents.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to physicians and families.
• Make rounds with physicians and transcribe orders.
• Ensure continuity of services and care.

• Current nursing license with the State of Florida.
• Six months of nursing experience preferred.
• Geriatric involvement preferred.

Many roles in the community may require a vaccination status check, including MMR, chickenpox, hepatitis, flu, and COVID‑19 vaccines.
