Nurse Practitioner (NP/APRN) – Mobile Primary Care New Graduate NPs Encouraged to Apply Mobile Medical | The Villages, FL 32162 START YOUR NP CAREER DIFFERENTLY

What if your first Nurse Practitioner role gave you the opportunity to practice medicine, build meaningful patient relationships, and have control over your schedule — without being tied to a traditional clinic?

Mobile Medical is looking for a Nurse Practitioner (NP/APRN) to provide primary care to patients in the comfort of their own homes and through telehealth.

New graduate NPs are encouraged to apply.

If you're transitioning from RN to NP and looking for an opportunity to grow your clinical confidence, develop your own patient relationships, and practice with the support of an experienced provider team
, this could be a great place to start your NP career.

You won't spend your day moving from exam room to exam room.

Instead, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Spend meaningful one-on-one time with patients
  • See patients in their homes and community
  • Build long-term patient relationships
  • Combine in-person and telehealth visits
  • Grow your confidence as an advanced practice provider
  • Work alongside a growing team of 70+ providers

Starting your NP career doesn't mean you need to spend your days in a high-volume clinic.

At Mobile Medical, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills while providing relationship-based primary care to patients where they are most comfortable.

What You Can Expect
  • In-home primary care
  • One-on-one patient interactions
  • Support from an experienced provider team
  • Opportunity to develop clinical confidence and independence
  • Company-issued iPad and technology
  • Opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients
For New Graduate NPs

We understand that becoming a Nurse Practitioner is a major transition.

You may be clinically prepared — but still looking for an organization where you can continue learning, ask questions, build confidence, and grow into your role.

This position offers the opportunity to:

  • Transition from RN to NP practice
  • Apply your clinical knowledge in real-world settings
  • Build experience managing chronic conditions

  • Develop long-term relationships with patients and caregivers
  • Grow within a team of experienced healthcare professionals

Experienced NPs are welcome to apply, too.

Compensation is based on approximately 40 visits per week (telehealth and in-person), with additional incentives for visits above 40 per week
.

There are also opportunities to increase earnings based on productivity and the mix of telehealth and in-person visits.

Average NP earnings are approximately $154,000 annually with additional visit incentives.
