- All Shifts. The staff nurse role includes administration of medications, treatments, and accurate documentation; you will work in our skilled nursing center. Base pay starts at $26.00/hr, with shift differentials of $3.00 for 3pm–11pm, $4.00 for 11pm–7am, and $5.00 for weekend shifts.
Daily Pay is available. Full-time staff receive paid time off, holidays, and 401(k) benefits, plus career
