Overview
We are seeking a Groundskeeper for assignment in The Villages, Florida. The selected candidate will perform groundskeeping as well as any other duties fall under the facility maintenance umbrella.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 6:30am - 3:00pm
** This position has a pay rate of $15 - $17/hr **
- Maintains appearance of all company properties
- Mowing, weed eating, spraying and blowing grass off concrete
- Operation of tractor for mowing, tilling and spraying of grounds
- Completes preventative maintenance work orders as well as client request work orders
- Performs preventative maintenance tasks and maintains equipment
- Assists in landscaping work
- Ensures that tools and materials are available at job site
- Assists in transporting and/or securing materials
- Coordinates with manager on schedule, progress and issues
- Perform other duties as assigned
- A valid Drivers License
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
