• Prepare alcohol or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant guests
• Have all main cocktails recipe memorized for speed and efficiency
• Continuous Pour testing and technique building
• Interact with guests, take orders, server food and drinks?
• Assess guests needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails to specifications?
• Check guests identification and confirm the legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies?
• Present bills, accept payments, operates POS system, upholding strict cash handling procedures and accountability for all transactions?
• Stay guest focused and create an excellent guest experience?
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations?
• Maintain bar cleanliness with daily and weekly cleanings
