Join us as a part‑time Brand Ambassador in The Villages, FL. This is a year‑round role with paid training and top hourly wage plus bonuses.

• Must have own vehicle and current, valid driver’s license

• Represent our brand and attract visitors at home shows, fairs, and local events.
• Staff booth at shows and actively engage with attendees.
• Promote our bathroom remodeling products and give basic overviews.
• Book in‑home sales appointments and collect lead information.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional booth presentation.
• Engage passers‑by and encourage participation in event promotions.
• Collect and report leads to the Marketing Manager daily.

• Positive, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality.
• Strong verbal communication and people skills.
• Comfortable initiating conversations and interacting with the public.
• Can stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Can set up and take down event sets.
• Own vehicle and current, valid driver’s license.
• Available to work weekends.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, event‑based environment.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather—rain or shine (both indoor and outdoor events all year).
• Reliable transportation to travel to booked shows and events.
