Experienced HVAC Technician

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and light commercial settings. The HVAC Technician will ensure that all systems operate efficiently and effectively, providing comfort and safety for our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.

This position performs service, repair, and maintenance on HVAC systems in a residential and light commercial setting.

• Maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Perform routine services and repairs to ensure optimal performance.
• Install new HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heating systems, mini-splits as needed.
• Determine general condition of HVAC systems and can troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions, determine extent of necessary repairs.
• Conduct property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems, including drain lines and light electrical work as necessary.
• Repair or replace defective components such as compressors, pumps, and valves.
• Fabricate parts as needed for system repairs or installations.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their HVAC needs and solutions.
• Always maintain a neat work area and inspect that area for cleanliness after completion of each job.
• Convey a safety‑conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving.
• Wear floor savers while in the client’s home.
• Maintain company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have prior, successful experience as a Technician in the HVAC industry (2+ years)
• NATE certification preferred
• Must display strong communication skills and technical competence
• Team Player with a great attitude and personality

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
