Job Description:
This law office located in The Woodlands is seeking a professional receptionist. Responsibilities include greeting clients and visitors, answering visitor inquiries, answering and routing incoming calls, maintaining and scheduling conference rooms, maintaining the waiting area and lobby, offering refreshments to guests, scanning and copying documents, accepting, documenting and routing hand-delivered packages, and verifying employee identification and issuing visitor passes. The person in this position also provides backup assistance to attorneys in the legal assistant’s absence.
Qualified candidates will possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, strong spelling and grammar skills, a respect for confidentiality and discretion, attention to detail, a positive attitude, patience in dealing with a variety of situations, and must be dependable and able to demonstrate a history of excellent attendance. Basic PC skills and experience using Microsoft Office applications are required. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a receptionist in a professional firm environment is preferred.
