Job SummaryThe Analyst will play a key role in supporting Power Through operational and financial performance through operational triage resolution, accurate data management, contract administration, and customer relations. This role will assist in business planning and operations, stakeholder engagement, and reporting efforts to drive the success of the Power Through program. This position is responsible for creating and managing Maximo contracts, processing gas and maintenance invoices, managing customer billing, and delivering actionable reports to drive transparency and continuous improvement across the program.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to enhance data integrity and operational efficiency.
- Analytical skills to evaluate generator performance and develop corrective actions.
- Ability to manage and track maintenance schedules, service records, and performance metrics for large generator fleets.
- Experience in invoice management, contract compliance, and vendor coordination related to generator maintenance services.
- Capacity to support budget tracking and cost performance analysis for maintenance programs.
- Create, manage, and maintain contracts and invoices within Maximo, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
- Process gas invoices via PRF invoicing and manage payment workflows efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain and track gas and maintenance invoices; process payments in coordination with Finance and Operations teams.
- Oversee CCS billing management to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with contract terms.
- Design, create, and maintain user-friendly reports for both end-users and executives to increase visibility and drive strategic decision-making.
- Support the development of metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and methodologies to establish targets and track performance against goals.
- Provide data analysis to identify trends, correlations, and opportunities for improvement across Power Through.
- Track and report performance metrics, including scorecards and weekly, monthly, and quarterly executive reports.
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to identify reporting needs, troubleshoot data issues, and provide regular status updates.
- Work with operations, finance, and regulatory affairs teams to align reporting and resource planning with organizational strategic objectives.
- Assist with project management tasks related to Power Through assets, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
- Minimum education required:
Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business related field required or equivalent work experience. - Desired:
Master's Degree. - Analyst I: 0-2 years of professional experience.
- Analyst II: 2-4 years of professional experience.
- Analyst III: 4-6 years of professional experience.
- Analyst SR: 6+ years of professional experience.
- Programming language experience (.Net, Python, Perl or similar)
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Power BI (or similar analytics toolset)
- Knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language) is desired
- Experience in Distribution or Transmission control center
Analytical skill set with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
