Job Title: Change Management/Trend Engineer
Location: The Woodlands, TX
The Change Management / Trend Engineer proactively identifies, evaluates, tracks, and manages changes and emerging cost and schedule trends across large-scale construction programs before they become significant financial or schedule exposures.
Responsibilities- Identify and track emerging cost and schedule trends arising from design development, scope changes, field conditions, contractor claims, procurement changes, and productivity issues.

- Challenge unsupported requests and follow up with stakeholders to drive changes to resolution.
- Strong change management, trend management, cost engineering, or project controls background on large-scale construction, power generation, data center, industrial, infrastructure, or EPC projects.
- Proven experience identifying and tracking cost and schedule trends.
- Strong understanding of the change management lifecycle and of scope, baseline, and budget management.
- Experience evaluating cost impacts and contractor change orders.
