Alden Bridge Pediatric Dentistry, a premier fee-for-service pediatric dental practice in the affluent community of The Woodlands, Texas, is seeking a passionate, energetic, and like-minded Pediatric Dentist to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatric Dentist who is excited to practice dentistry differently—combining advanced technology, whole-child care, and exceptional patient experiences.
Position Type & Schedule- Full-Time Pediatric Dentist
- 4–5 days per week with a consistent, predictable schedule
Our practice is designed to allow Pediatric Dentists to focus on high-quality care in a supportive, collaborative environment. You will serve as a primary restorative provider while utilizing advanced technology to deliver efficient, minimally invasive treatment.
Technology and tools include:
- Laser dentistry for no-shot, minimally invasive restorations
- CBCT imaging
- iTero digital scanning
- Isolite system and air polishers
In addition to clinical dentistry, you will receive personalized mentorship and in-depth training in Pediatric Airway Dentistry, learning to identify and treat sleep-disordered breathing in children. Our whole-child model is supported by:
- A large infant frenectomy practice
- Two on-staff International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs)

- Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care to infants, children, and adolescents
- Perform restorative, preventive, and limited surgical pediatric dental procedures
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a fun, welcoming environment
- Educate families on oral health, airway development, and preventive strategies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support whole-child health
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with all clinical and regulatory standards
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency
- Board-Certified or Board-eligible in Pediatric Dentistry
- Active or eligible Texas dental license
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for pediatric dentistry
- Interest in airway-focused and whole-child care (training provided)
