Location: The Woodlands, TX
Contract: Full-time, permanent

As a Principal Consultant – Industrial Hygiene, You Will

• Assist in the development and implementation of a strategic business/action plan
• Expand the Southeast and national US client base across multiple industry sectors
• Identify and develop new opportunities, prepare effective technical proposals, and take an active leadership role in developing new business
• Develop and expand client relationships that generate repeat business
• Serve as a senior resource for occupational health, safety, and industrial hygiene program marketing, project implementation, and related activities
• Achieve client’s expectations for scope, budget, schedule, and quality
• Manage complex industrial hygiene programs, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Mentor and manage a multidisciplinary team, fostering a learning environment that encourages knowledge sharing and professional growth.
• Support our regional and national clients. Estimated 30 to 50% travel.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has expertise in industrial hygiene and a solid background in OHS, with 15+ years of consulting experience and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science or an EHS-related field.
• Is a Certified Industrial Hygienist (required).
• Demonstrates strong business acumen, proficiency in project or client management, capable of nurturing long-term partnerships.
• Has at least five (5) years of successful business development and sales experience in a professional services environment
• Has a proven track record in developing and implementing successful sales and market share growth strategies
• Demonstrates the ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, and drive sales
• Has established relationships in the oil and gas, chemical, and/or manufacturing industry sectors (preferred)
• Open to travel (30-50%).

The salary for this position can range from $121,500 to $162,000 annually; actual compensation is based on various factors.
