Energy Project Manager – Pond & Company
Ready to turn your ambition into achievement? We are seeking a Project Manager to join our growing Energy team at Pond & Company, a full-service architecture, engineering, planning, construction management, and environmental services firm.

We are looking for an independent self-starter who can move quickly and efficiently through the stages of a project and help lead project management activities such as:
- Project scoping and budgeting for proposals
- Building schedules and tracking hours, budget, and schedule adherence
- Communication with clients, issue resolution, and deliverable submittals
- Project closeout and maintaining strong relationships with clients, internal teams, management, and stakeholders
- BS in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university
- PE is preferred; PMP or similar certification is a plus
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Specialized experience in the energy market, focused primarily in Natural Gas, Pipeline, Fuels or Power Delivery
- Proficient with relevant software such as MS Office Suite, Primavera P6
- Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high quality work
- Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally

CompensationSalary range: $100,000 – $130,000 per year, based on experience, location and qualifications. Additional cash incentives may also be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a range of medical, financial and other benefits dependent on the position offered.
