What you will enjoy doing- Commission and start‑up equipment leading to a safe and stable operation of process plants
- Develop and execute commissioning resource strategy, cost estimates, and schedules in support of proposals
- Develop and execute commissioning safety plan to prevent hazardous conditions for personnel and equipment
- Participate in the review of P&’s and control strategies in view of commissioning, start‑up, and operation of process plants
- Prepare deliverables and participate in commissioning and start‑up gate reviews
- Develop project commissioning plan, sequencer, and commissioning books to include relevant procedures, guidelines, global best practices, and checklists
- Work with construction QA/QC to identify and complete pre‑commissioning and commissioning required inspection test reports and checklists for system handover
- Coordinate field activities for sites in pre‑commissioning, commissioning, and start‑up phases, including tracking and coordinating hand over of systems from construction to commissioning and commissioning to operations
- Verify that mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, controls, and safety equipment and systems are mechanically complete
- Lead troubleshooting efforts in support of field activities, interfacing with commissioning managers, construction and engineering to resolve issues encountered
- Develop and implement scheduling tool to communicate with internal and external project personnel
- 4‑year B.S. Engineering degree
- Preferably at least 5 years of Commissioning or operational experience in hydrogen solutions, air separation, carbon capture, adsorption, gas processing, deep cryogenics, liquefied natural gas (LNG) and fired process equipment or other relevant large industrial plants
