Box Office

Box Office personnel support the management staff in the day-to-day operations of the theater. Box Office personnel are required to follow the instructions, guidance, and direction of management personnel as they pertain to the policies, rules, and procedures of the theater.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile.
• Confidently educate guests.
• Answer phone calls professionally.
• Assist guests with ticket purchases using POS system
• Provide swaps/refunds when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of box office.
• Maintain Lost & Found log and items.
• Set up hearing impaired devices.
• Exhibits professionalism at all times in the presence of guests, management, and fellow employees.
• Displays citizenship and team work at all times while at M & E facility.
• Follow work schedule provided and review upcoming events.
• Knowledgeable of the items offered by the theater and their prices.

• Must be a minimum of 16 years old
• Possess a current Texas Food Handler Card
• Professional communication skills
• Work in a fast paced environment and stay calm under pressure
• Take direction and work in a team environment
• Display citizenship and team work at all times
• Exhibit professionalism at all times in the presence of guests, management, and fellow employees
