Associate Wealth Manager
We’re hiring an Associate Wealth Manager on behalf of our client—an independent RIA managing ~$1B AUM and serving exclusively high-net-worth clients nationwide.
Compensation: Base ~$110,000–$120,000 + incentive overrides
Location: The Woodlands, TX Hybrid (post‑training)
Responsibilities- Work with sophisticated HNW households
- Grow into lead advisor responsibilities
- Operate within a highly collaborative, process‑driven team
- 3–5+ years of advisory experience
