In this role, the Commercial Lending Assistant serves as a subject matter expert, managing complex client relationships. The position also plays an integral role in enhancing team performance by actively contributing to the development and refinement of policies and procedures. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and collaborates closely with leadership to drive operational excellence and process improvement across the organization.

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial lending, banking, or financial services
• Proven expertise in commercial loan processing, documentation and compliance
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships within the designated market segment
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience in mentoring and developing team members
