Client Relationship Associate
to join our
Commercial Real Estate (CRE
) team in
The Woodlands, TX
.
Ideal candidates will have the skills and experience necessary to:
- Support Loan Officers in the daily management of their loan portfolios.
- Provide daily administrative and clerical assistance to the assigned department in the areas of loans, deposits and account servicing.
- Process loan renewals and changes in terms as related to the Loan Officers portfolios.
- Call clients to request current financial statements.
- Determine if documents provided met banks requirements.
- Coordinate with Treasury Management on customer accounts.
- Openand close accounts. Add/delete signers. Notary duties.
- Manage reporting exceptions which include collateral, material, financial and deposit.
- Coordinate with Construction Disbursement Administration Department on funding requests.
- Obtain missing information such as signature cards, financial statements, insurance, etc.
- Responsible for managing the filing, correspondence, scheduling and coordinating loan portfolio functions to assure a smooth operational flow.
- Assist with loan processing, closing and monitoring while providing quality service to allow loan personnel time for business development activities.
- Assist customers with questions, preparing e-files and maintenance of all automated reports, etc. .
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 2+ years experience in in banking, loans, loan portfolios, deposits, account servicing or other directly related experience or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.
- Proficient knowledge of loan/bank operations, loan documentation processes, loan principles, loan systems, loan portfolios, including loan renewals and changes, deposits, new accounts, banking principles, processes, policies, compliance and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communications skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Ability to process, audit and review client information.
- Ability to create and pull reports.
- Ability to multi-task, support various priorities, work with relationship managers and clients as needed.
- Advanced working knowledge of various word processing and spreadsheet software
Work Location Requirement:
This position is fully onsite and requires attendance in the office five days per week at our location in The Woodlands: 4576 Research Forest Drive, The Woodlands, TX 77381
