About the Role:

(HOUSTON AREA)

The Corporate Clinical Services Director (RN) plays a pivotal leadership role in overseeing and enhancing clinical operations across multiple healthcare settings within the organization. This position is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care by developing and implementing clinical policies, procedures, and best practices. The director collaborates closely with interdisciplinary teams to drive clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

They serve as a key resource for clinical staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster professional development and optimal patient outcomes. Ultimately, this role ensures that clinical services align with organizational goals and meet the evolving needs of the patient population.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or higher.
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare regulations, clinical standards, and quality improvement methodologies.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in corporate or multi-site healthcare management.
  • Certification in nursing leadership or healthcare quality (e.g., NEA-BC, CPHQ).
  • Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and clinical data analytics.
  • Experience leading interdisciplinary teams and managing change initiatives.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage clinical services across corporate healthcare facilities to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor clinical policies, protocols, and standards in compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Collaborate with medical staff, nursing teams, and administrative leaders to coordinate care delivery and optimize clinical workflows.
  • Oversee clinical quality improvement programs, including data analysis, performance metrics, and corrective action plans.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development opportunities to clinical staff to enhance skills and promote a culture of excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
  • Participate in strategic planning and budgeting processes related to clinical services.
  • Serve as a liaison between clinical teams and executive leadership to communicate clinical priorities and challenges.
  • Must be able to travel to area Houston facilities.
