- Schedule:
Monday – Friday, daytime hours (8am‑5pm). May volunteer an occasional Saturday based on patient needs. - Position:

Childcare: nanny, babysitter, preschool teacher, tutor. Mental Health Roles: QMHP, behavioral health technician. Camp Counselors, Paraprofessionals, Caregivers, Life Skill Assistants.
Base pay range: $15.00/hr – $26.00/hr
- High School/Associate’s Degree: $15.00 – $22.50 per hour
- Bachelor’s Degree: $15.00 – $24.00 per hour
- Master’s Degree: $16.00 – $26.00 per hour
- Fun Fact:
You will receive your first raise after obtaining your RBT certification! Most new hires Deluxe: finish within about three weeks.
- Work one‑on‑one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play‑based ABA therapy.
- Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple data, and communicate with your team.
- Help kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands‑on activities.
- Stay active during sessions,_ng moving constantly to keep children engaged.
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe therapy space.
- Be part of a supportive, mission urgente team that celebrates progress and growth.
- Lift up to 30lbs.
- Sit, stand, crouch, squat, and move quickly with young children.
- Get on and off the floor frequently.
- Maintain an active pace throughout the day.
- Keep therapy spaces clean, organized, and safe.
- At least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
- Commitment to ABC’s core value of teamwork; may occasionally support a nearby sister clinic if needed.
- Guaranteed full‑time hours.
- Paid training and fully covered RBT certification.
- Raises Aw every 6 months with clear goals.
- Health insurance covered at 90 percent.
