Position Overview
We’re seeking a Part‑Time, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA, LBA to provide direct care and clinical oversight in a dynamic, child‑focused environment while contributing to our innovative team known for collaboration and high‑quality care.
CompensationSalary will be pro‑rated based on the number of part‑time hours you commit each week. M‑F, morning 8 am — Noon or Afternoon 12 pm — 5 pm. This position is in‑clinic.
Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary and performance bonuses.
- Salary
:
Pro‑rated based on weekly part‑time hours. - Monthly Performance Bonuses
:
Earn up to $1,000 per month, up to $12,000 per year! - Sign‑On Bonus
:
Up to $5,000 - CEUs
: 12 CEUs per year + Annual CEU stipend + CASP membership - Relocation Packages available
- Work‑from‑Home Days
: 1–2 work‑from‑home admin days per month. - Schedule
:
Monday‑Friday, daytime hours. - Manageable Caseloads
:
Support an average of 7 clients. - 27 days off
:
Includes holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex holidays.
